To master these skills, take two prerequisite foundational modules, then choose the CAL program that meets your needs as a leader, featuring validated practice, advanced education, and peer workshops.
Prerequisite: active combination of two or more of CAL-Ess, CAL-T, or CAL-OGuide-level certifications are designed to authorize well qualified coaches and trainers as educators, mentors, and thought leaders in agile principles and the Scrum framework. Candidates to become a Certified Agile Coach® (whether CTC or CEC) or a Certified Scrum Trainer® already hold Professional certifications from Scrum Alliance.
