Train-the-trainer

Deliver learning experiences that shape modern work

Teach certifications, microcredentials, and learning experiences that help professionals and organizations build practical skills for rapidly changing workplaces.

Scrum Alliance Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs help trainers, educators, organizations, consultants, and learning leaders understand requirements, complete trainer preparation, and start delivering learning experiences across different audiences and environments.

Whether you want to teach a single learning experience, expand an existing learning portfolio, support workforce development initiatives, embed learning into academic programs, or build a broader training business, Scrum Alliance offers flexible participation models designed to meet partners where they are.

Grow with the Scrum Alliance ecosystem

Many trainers begin with a single offering and expand over time as their audiences, organizations, and business goals evolve.

Scrum Alliance supports trainers and partners beyond onboarding through ongoing enablement, business support, learning opportunities, and ecosystem engagement.

All trainers participate through a Licensed Training Partner (LTP) model.

Individual trainers often begin with independent or entry-level participation options and may expand into broader participation models as their businesses and learning portfolios grow. Trainers and partners can also collaborate across the ecosystem and work with other partner organizations regardless of participation model.

Training organizations, universities, enterprise teams, consulting firms, and larger learning organizations may select participation models designed for broader delivery needs and scaled operations.

Participation models are intentionally designed to meet partners where they are today, while creating flexibility to grow over time. Whether starting small, joining an existing training partner, or building larger learning operations, trainers and partners can choose the model aligned to their goals, audiences, and stage of growth.

Begin teaching learning experiences through the participation model aligned to your goals, audiences, and delivery approach.

Participate in the LTP model

All trainers operate through a Licensed Training Partner (LTP) model. Designed for ultimate flexibility, these participation models meet trainers and organizations where they are today—from independent entry-level trainers to large-scale enterprises, universities, and consulting firms.

Regardless of the model chosen, individuals and partners can freely collaborate across the ecosystem. As goals, audiences, and portfolios expand, partners can seamlessly transition into broader models to support their long-term business growth
