In this module, you will assume the role of a scrum master using GenAI to complete three scrum-master-related tasks. 

*This module is unique to the on-demand course and is not replicated in the instructor-led version, though it is replaced by expert-led activities.*

Upon completion of this module, you will be able to:

  • Use prompt engineering and historical sprint data for story-pointing and capacity planning.

  • Develop prompts that effectively instruct AI models to summarize key discussion points, action items, and decisions made during the sprint retrospective meeting into concise meeting minutes.

  • Develop prompts that effectively instruct AI models to analyze data from various sources (e.g., task completion times, velocity charts, team surveys) to generate insights into team performance, identify roadblocks, and predict potential risks).
