With 25+ years in tech, product, and leadership, I’ve served as a developer, Product Owner, Scrum Master, and enterprise coach. I’ve led Agile transformations that rescued failing programs, boosted delivery confidence, and reclaimed millions in lost opportunity.

As a Certified Scrum Trainer and Training from the BACK of the Room instructor, I create immersive, high-energy classes that connect instantly—blending practical tools, real-world stories, and research-backed techniques that stick.
