I recently completed the CSM course with instructor Zuzana Zuzi Sochova, and I have mixed feelings about the experience.
What worked well:
- The live support team was outstanding, highly organized with timely communication via WhatsApp and calls
- Administrative aspects were handled professionally
- The booking and exam scheduling process was smooth
What needs improvement:
- Instruction Quality: Despite the instructor's impressive credentials and published works, the teaching approach was ineffective. The 2-day session consisted primarily of breakout room discussions without adequate foundational instruction. For someone unfamiliar with Scrum concepts, being asked to discuss topics without proper guidance was confusing and unproductive. Many questions went unanswered, and portions of the curriculum were not covered.
Overall Assessment: While I passed the exam, my success was largely due to prior experience rather than the training itself. The course felt like a missed opportunity for structured learning. I would recommend this organization for their excellent support services, but I cannot recommend this particular instructor. A different trainer with better communication of core principles would significantly improve the course value.
I hope this feedback helps future participants make informed decisions and encourages improvements to the training delivery.

This Scrum class was extremely informative and practical. It broke down complex agile concepts into simple, easy to understand lessons that I can actually apply in real work situations. The instructor created an engaging environment where questions were welcomed and real-world examples made the material relatable. I especially appreciated learning about team collaboration, sprint planning, and the importance of continuous improvement. Overall, this class strengthened my confidence in understanding Scrum and gave me tools I can use immediately in my career.

Very insightful training overall. Could be better if there is an understanding in cultural differences like understatement. Interpreters did great job even though there were some complaints from a participant. The point seemed irrelevant to me. Just do not argue in front of participants (organizer and interpreters), it did not look professional.

I think this is very good lesson and helpful for me. However, this was the first time for me I've taken a training course with a translator. I consider they were good job, but I was not comfortable.

We don't lose the interactivity nor any games, see how virtual classes are delivered.
