I possess an Agile mindset and establish continuous deployment processes. I Help teams to be self-organized and elevate to a higher level of performance by bringing in Transparency and giving constant feedback. I Encourage Human Interactions and Strongly believe in the Inspect and Adapt Principle. In my current role, I spend most of my time coaching Teams and Leaders. I enjoy facilitating large groups. In the past, I worked in Product Backlog creation by breaking down concepts into user stories and helping the Product Owner in Prioritizing the product backlog. I Gather data and provide Agile metrics and helps in Release Plans I Have experience in coaching fellow Scrum Masters
