Miho Nagase
Attractor Inc.
Miho Nagase is a Certified Scrum Trainer and Agile Coach at Attractor Inc. (Japan), with a background in software engineering and management dating back to the late 1990s. She has been practicing and teaching Scrum since 2009, working with corporate teams, universities, and community groups across Japan.
Community & Ecosystem
She has been an organizer of Regional Scrum Gathering Tokyo since its founding — one of the most active Scrum communities in Asia. She also co-organizes TDD Waiwai Kai, a dojo-style community for technical excellence and teaming, and runs Agile PBL Matsuri, a community connecting university students with working professionals through agile project-based learning.
Teaching & Coaching
Miho works with both management teams and hands-on practitioners, and brings particular strength to helping new teams get started. She teaches Agile PBL at multiple universities in Japan, where computer science students build real products using Scrum.
