Visionary Agility
Victor is an organisational and board-level executive coach, and the Founder of Visionary Agility, an enterprise agility and leadership advisory practice based in Singapore. One of the few professionals worldwide to hold both the Master Certified Coach (MCC) and Certified Enterprise Coach™ (CEC) credentials, he brings a rare combination of coaching mastery and deep experience in organisational transformation.
Victor works with boards, senior executives, and leadership teams across Asia to strengthen governance in complex, evolving environments. Grounded in organisational psychology and a commitment to honouring human dignity and agency, he advises on enterprise agility, organisational culture, and AI ethics — helping leaders make sound, responsible decisions amid uncertainty, scale, and technological change.
A prominent leader in the Agile community, Victor chairs Agile Singapore and founded Regional Scrum Gathering® Singapore — the largest gathering of changemakers in the region. He serves as Convenor for Honour Singapore, and previously served on the Executive Committee of the Malaysian Association of Certified Coaches (2022–2025). Globally, he is a frequent speaker, author, and advocate for Open Leadership and human-centric ways of working.
Victor’s contributions have been recognised at the national level. In 2021, he received the SkillsFuture Fellowship Award, Singapore’s highest honour for skills mastery, presented by President Madam Halimah Yacob.
