Jasmine Zahno

Jasmine Zahno is an Agile coach who is passionate about the people side of product development. Her first contact with Agile and Scrum dates back to 2012 when she was in an HR role in a IT start-up company. She experienced the Scrum framework and Agile values as extremly helpful to ease some of the companies pains. 

Jasmine continued her career in a Scrum Master role in other companys and learned the craftmanship of a scrum master from the pike. Among others she was a Scrum Master to several IT- teams and also of organizational transformation teams. 

Her master’s degree in organizational psychology uniquely qualifies her to deal with the human issues that arise when the Agile paradigm collides with traditional organisational structures.

A firm believer in “inspect and adapt”, she has made it her goal to help organizations create productive and motivating environments that encourage and inspire employees to do their best work.

As an active speaker and attendee of national and international conferences (Agile and Non-Agile) Jasmine continues to shape her profesional knowledge and skills but aims also to give back as much as she can to the community. Currently she hosts the monthly Scrum Alliance Usergroup meetup in Mannheim, Germany, offering interesting topics to 10 - 40 community members each month.
