I am an Agile Coach with over 10 years of experience applying and teaching agile and traditional methodologies to enhance team and project management and productivity. I have been a Certified Scrum Trainer with the Scrum Alliance for over 5 years.
Currently, I work at Improvee, a consultancy specialized in digital transformation and organizational agility, where I support clients from various sectors in implementing and improving agile processes, using tools such as the Agile Architecture Canvas and the Agile Practices Radar, which I created myself.
I am also affiliated with other consulting firms, including Scopphu, Estratecno, Chamonix, and Agilisters. I am an angel investor and advisor to innovative companies and entrepreneurs. Additionally, I am the co-creator of agilidade.org and an organizer of agility events, such as "Agilidade em Debate," "Agility Day," and the Scrum Gathering São Paulo. I also authored the ebook "Demystifying Agile Estimations."
My mission is to spread agile culture and help organizations adapt to changes and market demands.
