Emma’s tenured professional experience at a Fortune 200 financial company allowed her to consult on a global scale with executives and teams. As a result, she has significant broad experience delivering results across financial, new business development and customer service sectors in North & Central America, United Kingdom, India and Philippines.
Emma is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College with a Bachelor's of Art in Latin and George Washington University with a Master's Certification in Project Management, and has completed advance course study in Business Risk Advisory, Financial Regulatory Compliance, Change Management, Leadership Development, Coaching and Design Thinking. She holds professional certifications in Coaching (ACC), Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt), Project Management, Design Thinking and Agile Scrum (CSM and CSPO).
