    • Worked with Rally and JIRA Greenhopper Agile project management tools for user story preparation, sprint planning, tracking and reporting.  Used Confluence wiki tool for project documentation.

  • Accomplishments:
    • Scrum Master for teams in Dallas and Austin.  Worked closely with teams on sprint planning, daily activities, demonstrations and retrospectives.  Coached teams on Agile principles and Scrum best practices.  Removed impediments so teams could concentrate on sprint commitments. 
    • Used Rally Agile project management tool.  Used Rally Portfolio Management to assist Product Owners in communication with stakeholders.

  • Agile Coach for Shell Voyager development project in Palo Alto California and Bangalore India.
  • Scrum Master for a team making major enhancements to a .NET/SQL Server based web application facilitating selection of 7-Eleven store sites.  Developed in .Net (C#) and SQL Server.
  • Scrum Master for multiple development teams at FedEx Office implementing enhancements to a Java/Oracle/Flex based eCommerce system.
