Tom O'Reilly is an Agile Coach and Product Development Consultant, with over 30 years experience globally, in the management of software development teams and departments. He has worked in large multinationals and start-ups, and in environments ranging from large-scale software R&D to small-scale bespoke product development. His current areas of interest lie in Blended Project Delivery Approaches and Agile Team Performance Optimization Strategies. Tom has implemented Agile approaches to project delivery across multiple sectors, including Security & Fire, Engineering, IT, Utilities, Automotive, Emergency Services, and Manufacturing. He has provided consulting expertise, inclusive of tailored training, coaching and remediation in the USA, Europe and Africa, and is a guest lecturer on several third-level Project Management and Software Engineering programmes.
