Paul Quarles
I have had the good fortune to work as a Product Owner, a Scrum Master, and as a Development Manager all within the context of an enterprise-wide Scrum deployment. With those varying perspectives, I counsel all roles as an internal Agile Coach helping build trust and transparency between all. For companies that hallmark Integrity as one of their corporate values, I am an immediate fit as this describes and typifies the kind of communication I bring and behavior I model.
I have seen Agile work for teams just getting acquainted with the idea as well as long-standing teams working with overseas partners on major program efforts. For me, the key is about bringing the ideas and needs of the business together with the creativity and resourcefulness of developers to reach corporate goals. All the while, having fun and building mutual respect while we do it.
