Jocelyn Dubbs - Project Manager - (Telecommunication Industry). 

MBA Project Management at Columbia Southern University (April 2010). Attaining my ScrumMaster Certification had been a great learning experiences for me so far in adapting Agile concepts especially their framework of defining Scrum process for measuring progress.  It is a totally new concepts for me in which I feel it makes real sense in adapting the process to accomplish project goals.   I am still amazed as to why not all  companies are adapting to Scrum hopefully in time companies will.

I personally did not know about it until I did my research how other companies are requiring skilled employees to gain Agile knowledge.  Now that I do I know it will provide me a great benefits in gaining entry to other industries.
