Andy Shaw is hired by organisations to turn around failing software development projects, teams, products or departments. A lifelong technophile, Andy has worked in network operations, software development and development management before discovering Agile and its ability to transform software creation by focussing on value delivery. More recently, Andy has worked in the Digital division of a high street retail bank, managing the delivery of programmes of projects in the Fraud and Security space.
