I’ve spent years managing projects—though the titles have varied. From film production manager to software trainer, and eventually Scrum Master and Agile coach, the common thread has always been facilitation. I help people move from idea to impact.
These days, I call myself an Agile Viking—navigating complexity, breaking boundaries, and helping teams grow. I'm a Certified Enterprise Coach, LeSS Facilitator, SAFe Agilist, and LEGO Serious Play facilitator. I believe people already have what they need to grow—I just help them find it.
I also create through photography. It's another way I capture potential and beauty, whether in people or moments.
