Jason Harmon - several years ago I had the good fortune to try an agile project as Scrum Master and have been an agile champion ever since. With an IT background, including an enjoyment of business analysis, I've also had the opportunity to contribute as a Product Owner. Gaining experience on teams in these roles has transformed my viewpoint.
I love helping new companies and teams explore and find what works for them. The agile community is a continual source of inspiration. I deeply appreciate learning how approaches naturally evolve into ways of delivering software that are dramatically improved. This presents the possibility of change.
