Micheline Cherveny

     Micheline Cherveny is a Senior Project Manager and Scrum Master at Innova Solutions, a Cloud-focused consultancy based in Santa Clara, CA, with offices in NYC, India, and Taiwan.

    I assist company- and organization teams in shepherding their digital projects from conception through planning and implementation to successful delivery by utilizing agile, scrum and lean methodologies. As a servant leader, I also help teams to streamline their processes and facilitate implementation of scrum practices.
