Uses predictive project management tools, techniques, and services to optimize and enable more deterministic product development schedules. Results using these tools and techniques have shown to measurably improve product development schedules and corresponding business results.

Has spent 20+ years in various levels of engineering and project management, including 12+ years in startup companies. About 10 years ago, changed his personal goals from trying to be personally successful, to working to ensure the success of all members of his team. The results in team performance improvements from this change were nothing short of astonishing. This result has led him on a course of studying how to improve team performance. Areas of competency now include Agile and Scrum methodologies, servant-leadership, and coaching for high-value employees.
