Bilal Baig - I have been working in software development industry for over 15 years in the roles of project manager, technical lead, consultant and developer in Retail, Healthcare, Publishing, Petroleum, Public and Technology sectors. Given the variation of my roles, I have managed to gain a well rounded experience in full software development life cycle. I have been involved in projects from inception stage, leading them through elaboration and construction phases and then supporting them during transition.

I starting using agile development (Scrum methodology in particular) in 2004 as a developer. In 2006 started acting as a ScrumMaster and since then have used Scrum on a large number of projects with varying sizes of teams.
