Lutz Koch worked for more than 20 years as a change consultant, coach, mentor and trainer in international organizations in Germany, Europe and overseas. He is a certified Scrum Professional. His main interests are in the lasting improvement of projects and change management in organizations. Lutz is specialized in the implementation of Scrum for interdisciplinary product development teams (e.g. software, hardware, mechanics, electronics, marketing), custom made scaled agile solutions for distributed organizations as well as agile ways of work for senior management.
