Alapan Sur

Alapan Sur is Certified Scrum Product Owner and curently acting as a Product Owner for one of his premium client, which is the world's third largest ICT distributor.

After spending almost a  decade in Software Industry as a techie, Alapan is well aware of the complete Sofware development life cycle and have very good and thorough understanding on it. He shares his experience to his team  for motivating them and as well  as with stakeholders in order to achieve and meet the  product vision and roadmap.

He also implemented Scrum framework for his recent assignment and helped himself and his team to transform their mindset from conventional or traditional way of working and executing a project to the agile way and he has enjoyed the chalenge, learned lot and delivered it successfully. Also his stakeholders realised and expereinced  more value has been added/delivered by the team in comparision to 4 - 5 years back.

He is very keen to learn and practice agile more, share his knowledge to the community by helping, coaching and training them, as he himself was a part of scuccessful transformed agile and scrum team.
