Doug Boyce
About
Doug Boyce has spent the last few years since getting CSM leading a wide variety of teams toward greater agility, improved quality and increased reliability. Teams that were new to agile are now fully self organized and making huge gains. While teams that were already well versed in agile have taken the leap to SAFe and starting to enjoy the benefeits of greater collaboration & coordination.
He has since become as CSPM mostly to work better with POs and coach them on how to take it to the next level. Most recently he also obtained certified as a SAFe Agilist and even served as RTE through the initial PI Planning event and associated iterations. His past experience with quality, operation and program management have mixed well with agile and DevOps mind-set.
