Igor Zdorovyak has streamlined business processes and system integration resulting in annual savings over $1 Million.  He is a Director of Global Enterprise who is responsible for IT/PMO Portfolio Programs Project Management.  Igor oversees SDLC/PMO, utilizing best practices: Scrum, Agile, PMI, Lean/Six Sigma, CMMI and ITIL.  Igor has excellent strategic planning, vendor relations, interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven Sprint/Release record and project management in all process groups: initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing.  He has extensive experience in managing highly technical and cross functional teams.

Igor has participated in creation of 4 new companies out of a $20 Billion company.  For the new companies in support of Enterprise Systems created system architectural plans, project plans, Visio diagrams, recommendations for production and development environments.

Igor has actively managed relations with IBM, in multi-billion dollar infrastructure and operations deal.

Igor has concurrently managed over 30 systems/websites overseeing internal and vendor resources where Billions of dollars passing through annually.

Igor has utilized Six Sigma and saved Millions by creating and maintaining WAN Datacenter.

Besides being a great leader, manager of cross functional departments, Certified PMP and Lean/Six Sigma, Igor is a Technological Expert who developed in mainframe, client/server and the web.  He is Microsoft Technologist Expert, SQL Server DBA, Oracle DBA, SharePoint Portal Administrator, Windows and IIS Administrator.
