Over the past 18 years, I have lead software development teams in North America and Europe. I have worked in both large and medium companies leading innovation and agility. I work to foster a sustainable agile culture throughout traditional and waterfall organisations, at executive and application development levels.
I am certified SAFe Program Consultant (SPC4), Disciplined Agile Delivery (DA), Professional Agile Coach (ICP-ACC) and Agile Facilitator (ICP-ATF), Certified Scrum Master, Scrum Professional (CSM, CSP), Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP) and PMP.
My main interests are in Team & Enterprise coaching, and Enterprise Agile Transformation.
