Bryan Woodward WHAT I DO: • Bring value to organization’s processes, people, products, clients, software development, and information technologies • Utilize agile practices to iteratively improve how an organization delivers value • Lead organizations at all levels with decades of military and civilian leadership • Break down communication barriers between stakeholders (owners, C-Level, directors, managers, clients) and delivery teams (operations, development, IT Help Desk) • Quickly become the expert of products/processes in order to improve their value • Research new technologies and services to determine the value to the organization • Provide architectural leadership to convert ideas into value driven solutions • Lead by example HOW I DO IT: • Utilize a background in managing the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) of enterprise-wide software products/projects to solve problems big and small • Provide “servant leadership” that puts serving others, including employees, customers, and community, as the number-one priority • Deliver high value to the organization by using knowledge gained from multiple certifications to select the correct agile tools and procedures • Use active listening to effectively receive and translate messages to and from employees, customers, and vendors resulting in a clear understanding by everyone • Provide lifestyle mentorship aimed at improving overall health (exercise, diet, social participation, soft skills) not just intellectual health (training, user groups, conferences) ROLE EXPERIENCE: I have experience as a Director, Product Manager, Project Manager, Software Manager, Scrum Master, Product Owner, IT Manager, Operations Manager, Software Architect, Software Engineer, Quality Control Lead, Web Developer, and Programmer.
