I am a dynamic person with a zeal for learning new things in every step of life. I have strong domain knowledge of electronic bill payment and presentment, loan origination, internet banking services, KYC, Blockchain, P2P lending and retail banking. All my 10 years of experience is in BFSI domain.
I am holding Australia Subclass 189 PR Visa &US B1 Visa (Expiry 2020)
To enhance my skills, I cleared Certified Professional in Requirements Engineering (CPRE) recently, took CFA level 1 exam in 2010 pursued management studies by completing Executive MBA from one of the top management institute in India, IIM Kozhikode in 2015, major in Finance.
In these 10 years I have gained experience working in both Agile and Waterfall SDLC, exploring tools such as: JIRA, Confluence, HP ALM, HP Quality Centre and Visio.
I have worked as a Business Analyst in HSBC Bank IT for 7 years and lead many project related to Retail Banking, AML(KYC), Loan origination and Online Banking. Being in HSBC, I was also at onsite in Leeds, UK for 1.5 years carrying out end to end project implementation for M&S Bank – Personal internet banking. This enabled me to gain a good client side exposure and domain knowledge.
I worked with Fiserv for last 2.8 years as a Lead Business Analyst. In Fiserv, I gained experience on various Financial products such as Electronic Bill Payment and Presentment, Intrabank loan payment etc. Fiserv gave me an opportunity to work on BIAN (Banking Industry Architecture Network) and understand its landscape. My hard work and dedication in exploring BIAN and its advantages enabled Fiserv to become its member in 2015. Being part of Fiserv Innovation group I drove the initiative to understand functional and technical aspect of Blockchain and suggested few use cases for its implementation.
As most of Fiserv clients are U.S. based, I got good exposure working with U.S. clients which was a complete different experience than working with the UK clients.
Currently I am working with Deutsche Bank as a Business Analyst in the Legal IT team and interacting with both U.S and U.K. counterparts in on boarding latest eDiscovery product from IBM, StoredIQ.
These 10 years of experience groomed me into a great business analyst with multiple skills.
