Jim Grohman, I live in Chicago with my wife and two daughters. Currently working as a management consultant at Kenway Consulting with an emphasis on the intersection of operations, technology, and the management processes necessary to add value and drive lasting change. My previous experience is working in service organizations as an operational and engagement leader working with non profits and corporate health initiatives. I started my career as an infantry officer in the USMC. When I am away from work and with my family I am usually cooking for them. And when I am not working or with my family, I like to exercise, read, and my most recent obsession, practicing Aikido!
