Jonathan Argue

I am a Senior Business Analyst with over 25 years of information technology experience: 13 as a Business Analyst on a variety of consulting assignments and 12 in a variety of other roles (Project Manager/Team Lead, Systems Architect, Trainer and Tester). My strengths are centered on communication, business modelling (understanding and documenting how your business runs today and how you would like it to run in the future), and requirements and change management (getting a handle on change in a project setting so that the project does not get out of control). My technology background allows me to ensure a project takes advantage of available software and hardware technologies. I bring excellent organizational aptitude to all of my assignments, applying of well-conceived, structured and documented work processes that both expedite the course of projects, and contribute significantly to client satisfaction with project deliverables.
