Title: Scrum Master
Mykenna Cepek. My first experience with Agile was as an eXtreme Programming coach (and Dev Team member) in 2003. My first career as a (Senior) Software Developer spanned over 20 years with several companies in various industries, including Scrum Dev Team roles. I have also served in Team Lead, Process Manager, and Development Manager roles. My second career started with my CSM in 2016. I earned my CSP in Feb 2018 while I was a Coaching consultant at the Target Dojo. PSK-I earned May 2020, Kanban-EXP earned Dec 2022. My goals as a Senior Scrum Master are to help teams and organizations implement and improve their use of Scrum, Agile, Kanban, and development practices.
