PAUL MOCK - BIO
I am a native Bostonian with the bah’ston accent to prove it! I characterize myself as a Creative Pattern Seeker, a Pragmatic Agilist, and a Network Leader. I've long been fascinated with all types of Patterns and a student of Pattern Languages… those found in Nature, Art, Architecture, Design, Human Behavior, Complex Adaptive Systems, Change Management, Leadership, and of course Agile-Lean Process Frameworks.
I am an Agile Coach committed to purpose, learning, adaptation, cultivating cultures of continuous improvement, and promoting team effectiveness; leading organizations to realize greater business value by focusing on what matters most and delighting customers. As a Systemic Team Coach, I coach teams to focus on current and future stakeholder needs. I believe the team is more than the sum of its parts. I value generative dialog and collaboration, and my true focus is the dynamic between the team and its wider systemic context (e.g. “future back” and “outside-in” engagement.)
