I am a Sr. Project Manager in a mobility organisation and handled more than 30 mobile applications on all major platforms. I have a vast experience in development prior joining to current organisation which gives me the ability to understand the critical technical requirements and executing them seamlessly. My main forte is Project Management, Team buildup, Project Estimations, Client Management, Risk analysis and Risk mitigation. I have a hands on experience of agile practices, Scrum methodology and currently working as a Scrum master and handled 5+ projects though scrum practices. Overall he has been in to IT for more than 10 years and worked on different domains like Information Security, Healthcare, Mobility. Being from process savvy organisations, I am getting in to the process improvements in day to day business. I like to work closely with teams and provides them clear understanding for what is being asked in the requirements and collaboration with technical heads to define a clear architecture of getting it done.
