IT and Project Management Professional with broad working experience in multinational companies’ environments, including Monsanto Company and Boston Scientific Corporation. 21 years of experience developing and leading successfully high performance organizations, designing and developing IT areas such as Infrastructure, End User Services, Corp information systems deployments, and the development and implementation of custom applications and BI. Key member of the first operation start- up group of Boston Scientific in Costa Rica back in 2004, responsible for the designing, architecture and implementation of all the IT platform from scratch, timely providing all the required IT services to support an effective business start-up process, while the plant reached its first size peak to a 1200 employee by 2006. As part of the Boston Scientific operations expansion in 2008, was also responsible of playing a dual role as IT Regional Manager and Project Manager for the new plant construction (IT requirements from scratch to be met), in order to enable the new plant for its start-up in 2009. In charge of managing large contractors, business stakeholders, local and corporate IT teams to support the business growth path, expanding all the Infrastructure and IT services for this second new plant in Costa Rica, resulting in a two plants business with a total of 505K square feet manufacturing area and over 2800 employees and users. During the last 4 years, have been working as Senior Program Manager for a strategic and complex initiative, by automating production lines processes and improving products quality by incorporating systematic controls on training compliance, materials expiration management, production equipment calibration and maintenance verifications, etc. In the previous 8 years at Monsanto Company, as IT Regional Manager for sales and commercial divisions in Central America and the Caribbean, responsible for and IT organization.
