There are three constants in my career: software, product management and team building.

I have been involved in the development of software products from the start of my career, being responsible for gathering requirements from all stakeholders - internal and external, such as company managers, product support, clients, specialists and colleagues - and organizing those into a coherent and marketable software product.

I am used to travelling to different countries, to meet customers, partners and colleagues, understanding and leveraging cultural differences to enhance the product we are building.

I hire, coach and mentor the teams I work with, share success and failure, incite everybody to participate and learn from each other, to create a culture of self-improvement. Teams that understand the business and are capable of building software that is purposeful and creates value for our customers. 
I have used agile methodologies like Kanban and Scrum to help us navigate the rough waters of software development.

I have worked in commercial, corporate, industrial software and also in R&D projects - desktop, web, cloud and mobile. I have been designing software architectures from the beginning.
