I am an “Intreprenuer” adept at identifying a problem or opportunity, defining solutions, and leading cross functional teams to implement the solutions within an organization. I am a dynamic problem solver and my unique background makes me a strong leader for major change projects.

With a proven background in Program/Project Management leading technical product development of hardware and SaaS products, I have delivered quality solutions for Fluke Corporation for 10+ years. I possess a record of leading cross functional teams with 100+ members from product conception through commercialization consistently delivering large scale projects, both complex hardware and combined hardware and SaaS projects, with budgets over $1M on time and on budget. In addition, I’ve managed a portfolio of projects designing and instituting PMO methodologies to improve efficiency and reduce costs. I’ve transformed the organization's project management methodology including scheduling tools, daily management and team dynamics starting with a successful pilot project leading to organization wide adoption standardizing on the methodology.

My leadership style focuses on engaging team members to develop the project plan, take ownership of actions and deliver on commitments. We dynamically solve problems at the lowest cost through early detection and deliver the highest quality solutions.
