I have been working in online web development for most of my life now. A good portion of this being in IT management but also as a developer and more specifically lately as a project manager. I have over 10 years experience in project management in IT related fields. Most recently I have been applying SCRUM and agile development techniques to deliver GraysOnline.com. I have found that switching to using SCRUM from a more traditional PMI approach has been very successful and would not want to now do it any other way, even though some "SCRUM but" does still make it through.
