My passion for success and my personality drive me to achieve more and more within a company. I’m an outgoing person, seeking opportunities to meet new peoples and build strong, lasting teams within my professional experiences. I recognize the effect that a positive experience can have with every customer experience, always pushing myself and my team to go the extra mile to satisfy them.

I strive to learn more and perfect my professional skills such as project management and consulting, staff training, and day to day management of development teams, to name a few. In my current position, I work closely with my team, constantly assessing them and making sure they can deliver quality every time, on time. I also manage client requests, acting as the liaison between our team and the client, as well as working closely with our developers to design technical architecture.

I hope to enable growth wherever I can, inspiring my team to go above and beyond to produce the best possible solutions for every client. I enjoy developing project plans, recognizing the effect a strong and well-prepared leader has on their team.
