I started as a software developer, then pursued a full time MBA with a dual majors in Operations and Finance with a domain focus on Energy & Infrastructure. Post MBA I have had the opportunity to work under different roles, starting as a Business Analyst and subsequently transforming into a Scrum Master, Trade Operator, Domain Consultant, Team Lead, Project Manager, and now a Delivery Manager, working under various capacities and accountabilities liaising directly with internal and external teams and clients dispersed across the globe. Currently I am a delivery manager at LTIMindtree with a proven track record of leadership involving product development, maintenance, and support, along with the accountability for strategy and growth management of the accounts assigned to me under the MFG and ENERGY SBU. With about 13 years of industry experience and with a steep learning curve, I am always in the search of opportunities wherein my skills can be put to use adding value to an organization’s products or services offering, sustainable growth and profitability, and enriching my skill cluster.
