Part of a core architecture team involved in a large bank transformation program to put in a place a new digital experience solutions for banking services (web banking, mobile apps, cross-channel, e-statement, digital marketing, analytics, targeting, etc.). I am involved in:
- Defining target state architecture and key architectural decisions.
- Assessing the evolution required for the existing enterprise architecture relevant technology domains and shared services (Web/Portal, SOA/BPM, ECCM, BI, Data Architecture, etc.).
- Working in collaboration with the program leads and enteprise architecture management to ensure that the solution architectures are aligned with the program vision and enterprise architecture guidelines. 
- Providing leadership and ensuring the alignment of solution architectures within the program to deliver a complete solution that provides the expected results.
- Providing domain specific expertise across business application, information/data, technology and security architecture.

I am member of shared services and data enterprise architecture team as the web, portal and mobile technology enterprise architect. As part of this team, i am working on :
- Technology road-map for the IT shared services (Portal, WCM, Mobile, ECCM, IAM, SOA, BPM, MDM, BI) based on IBM and Adobe technology stack (WebSphere Portal, Adobe CQ5, Adobe SiteCatalyst, Adobe Target, WebSphere ESB, WebSphere Data Power, WebSphere Process Server, IBM initiate, FileNet, CMOD, QuickR, Connections, Sametimes) and Oracle/Sun Identity and Access Management suite(Oracle Waveset, Oracle Directory Server Enterprise LDAP and Open SSO)
- Establishing the integration patterns, principles, norms and standards
- Helping business projects to better consume the IT foundations (define solution architecture and design review)
- Enterprise architecture representative within development services team working on the IT foundations evolution and projects delivery.
