About
Phoebe Cooper is an experienced Scrum Master in both the online travel and healthcare industries holding progressively interesting and challenging positions for over 12 years. Her current position is entitled Program Manager at Hotwire, in which she is riding the wave to agile again. The first transition to agile started in 2005 with VSP, a vision insurance company in which she piloted Scrum with a project to build a data warehouse. After that, she was hooked. Phoebe's strengths are leadership, team building and communication - she can build a mean MS Project Plan, but hopes to never be asked to do so again....in life. As for as education/certifications: She has an MBA from UCDavis and a Bachelors of Science in Business Admin from University of Nevada Reno. She earned her CSM in 2005 as well as her PMP in the same year.
