Rostislav Palivoda

Rostislav Palivoda graduate Economics (eka.eud.lv) in 2003, graduate Business Administration (www.tsi.lv) in 2005. Work experience as software development since 1996, in Microsoft, Oracle, Java, PHP and embedded technologies. True believe that Agile approach can success in creation of market valuable products. Actively practice SCRUM and product owner roles since 2010 in various size projects. Keen in learning new Agile approaches and techniques. 

Rostislav has lead some highly complex projects. A very prominent quality/ strength which I see in him is stress management ability. His working methods are systematic, organized and efficient. Rostislav stays calm, evaluates processes, detects mistakes and provides proposals on how to solve them. Even under high pressure, he has managed to complete deliveries on time. Also, he is a quick learner and proactive. Rostislav tries to analyze the processes in detail and provide feedback on possible issues and risks. At the same time, he comes up with ingenious workarounds/ solution to manage problems.
