About
I am passionate about Scrum, Lean, Kanban and Agile ways of working as well as Professional Business Coaching. I actively engage in the software development and Agile community, constantly gaining insights and knowledge to improve my skills. I have experience working across multiple industries, including, Transport, Gov.UK, Med-tech and Financial services. I continue to stay humble in leading, training, and coaching organisations by adopting an empirical approach for complex work. I try to give something back by providing my thoughts and experiences on my blog (jackreed.es). I am interested in the people side of change and passionate about helping teams and organisations find better ways of working (from a mindset perspective and in the practical sense of the word).
At the team level, I focus on coaching teams on self-managing, whereby leadership is treated more as an attitude. And I encourage teams I work with to strive for continuous improvement by running small, high-value experiments (even when things are going well).
Supporting Product Owner(s) in their role to identify maximum product value by enhancing the visualisation of work, technical debt and progress through transparency.
From an Organisation perspective, I help management with their strategic initiatives whilst promoting Scrum on a broader scale, demonstrating how the design of Scrum helps to optimise flexibility, creativity, and productivity.
