I am a Certified Scrum Professional, Certified Scrum Master, Certified Product Owner and SAFe Practitioner and work to facilitate Agile Scrum Process within organizations. Maintain a working knowledge of building and maintain product backlogs individually or with Product Owner(s). Utilizing the Scrum process, I help client’s transition inner culture to empower their teams and reach maximum velocity and transparency. I have a good working knowledge of Atlassian Jira, Service Desk management applications and IBM RTC. As a former developer, I have a good working knowledge of software development (C#, Xamarin, HTML, CSS, etc.), as well as the Azure Platform (Storage, Cosmo Cosmos DB, Sql Server, Notification Hubs, Azure Functions, etc.), helping me relate to the development team.
