For over 25 years I have been professionally developing and delivering software for credit card, banking, medical equipment, insurance, investment and educational markets.  I have seen many trends of the programming industry come and go, but one that is here to stay is the agile movement.  I have worked for large corporations, mid-size companies as well as start-ups.  I have extensive knowledge of what works and does not when working with teams to deliver software.
