I am a millenial who was born one generation early.   I was on the forefront of all of the now 'normal' trends, with an interest in going online (BBSs, early internet) and programming.   I have worked with Dow Jones for over 10 years, spending most of that time as a one man army building corporate web applications to implement or track processes for IT infrastructure.  This includes building metrics reporting tools such as dashboards and custom applications, notifications systems, escalation systems, attendance tracking systems and pulling data.  More recently I focus on collaboration tools like JIRA and supporting the development teams in their use of those tools. 

Personally, I am a husband and now a father of two beautiful children.  When I get to vacation away from home I like to ski or hang glide, and when i have leisure time at home I like to golf nearby (in season), play online games (when time permits) and of course take care of my family.
