Eduardo Hernández Rangel

Eduardo Hernández Rangel has 22 years of experience and he earned both BS and MCs with especially in Software Engineering. He recently acquired a Project Management Professional, Scrum Master, and Infrastructure Technology Information Library (ITIL-Intermediate) certifications. Eduardo had got different positions such as software developer, software engineering, team leader, business analyst, project manager, and director. He has been in charge of more than 90 projects in all his professional life. Actually, he works as a Director of Software Engineering at Secretary of Education and has promoted the use of IT-best practices such as Project Management, IT Service Management, and he has boosted the use of agile software development practices such as Scrum, internally with his software development teams, and externally, because of he  has taught more than 70 people in Scrum framework at Technical Institute of Technological, Guanajuato University, and Guanajuato Government state. In addition, he has gotten 7 awards such as Guanajuato Software Development Award 2006, State Public Administration Award 2008, Secretary of Education Award 2009 and 2014, Mexican Association of Information Technology Industry Award 2010, and The Most Innovative of Public Administration 2014. He likes spending free time with his family watching movies, taking photos, listen music and English Language Learning.
