Christian Schmidt Dick

Senior Data & Solutions Architect, former CTO and Senior Project Manager with over 15 years technical expertise in Cloud, Digital Transformation, Web and Mobile Solutions Development combined with solid Management skills and a wide background in the application of Agile Principles. He is also certified as PMP, ITIL, ISO/IEC 2000, CSP, CSPO and PSM I.
With his positive leadership and the application of the agile principles in his projects, Christian aims to improve the rate of fulfillment of the goals while his team is motivated and enjoy the work.
He is currently a Senior Data & Solutions Architect at TMC Employeneurs, working in diverse projects, mainly helping companies to succeed in implementing digital transformation strategies and moving to the cloud.
Previously he was the CTO of Jappysaver.com, a rapidly growing startup with a brilliant future, where he is responsible for the TIC projects and in continuous contact with state of the art and cutting-edge technolologies and he also the Lead Project Manager for the Labs Area of OPINNO, one of the most successful Spanish companies in open innovation, which manages MIT Innovators Under 35, MIT Technology Review en Español, HBR Summit, among others.
He is a pragmatic person, driven to find solution for problems and able to adapt to the most diverse situations. He is passionate for new challenges and he feels comfortable in multidisciplinary and multicultural environments. His nature is multicultural: born in Argentina from a Danish family, he spent the last 30 years between Spain and Denmark. He speaks several languages: bilingual for Spanish and Danish, fluent in English, high level of Swedish, Norwegian and Italian. Christian holds an Engineering degree in Industrial Design from the Polytechnic University of Valencia (Spain), several Scrum Alliance certifications (CSP, CSM and CSPO) and a Master in Big Data and Technology Innovation from the EAE Business School in Madrid (Spain) and the University of Barcelona.
