I am a passionate advocate agile methodologies, with the aim of promoting trust and collaboration between individuals, teams and organisations. With the complex systems we produce, the only way to validate hypotheses is to build developments around a PDCA (Plan Do Check Act) cycle allowing small corrections to be made based on empirical data through rapid feedback.

Through the lean startup movement I have also come to realise how crucial the measure part of the build-measure-learn cycle is, and I am actively promoting both continuous delivery and continuous measurement for the systems we produce.
