• Developed a professional services estimation tool for project scope, timeline, charge and cost estimation for use by presales solution engineers, allowing a solutions engineer do in minutes what used to require a week of team meetings.  Estimated average cost savings of $737,500/year with an average recovery of $1,520,000/year in lost billable time and a demonstrated accuracy of +5% from actuals.
• Led New Century Mortgage full lifecycle through implementation of a Loan Origination System (LOS) for Wholesale, Correspondent and Retail business, with full enterprise application integration.  Phase I was rescued and delivered after failing audit under a previous enterprise program manager.  Phase II was brought in nearly $2 Million under budget.
